- Do I need to use Square?
- Yes — Tany runs on top of your Square POS. We pull your menu, prices, and loyalty straight from Square, so there's nothing to re-key, and a price change in Square updates the app automatically. Switching to Square soon? Still book — we'll time the launch together.
- What does it cost?
- $99 per month, per location. 0% commission on orders, no setup fee, and no long-term contract — cancel anytime.
- Is that in US dollars?
- We bill in your local currency — USD, CAD, GBP or AUD — and the price is the same number in each. A plan that's $99 in the US is $99 CAD in Canada and A$99 in Australia. You're charged in your own currency, not a converted amount.
- How long until I'm live?
- Two clocks. The build is ours: an installable app is usually in your hands within 24 hours of kickoff, and you can take real orders on it that day. The public App Store and Google Play listings are not — every app goes through store review, that's typically a few business days, and no one can rush it. Most shops are fully live inside a week.
- Who should be on the call?
- Whoever decides on tools for the shop — usually the owner or GM. It's 15 minutes, and you'll see your own branded app, not a generic walkthrough.
